long weekend

spending a long weekend in atlanta with my sister.  but my trip started out a little hazy becuase my sinuses decided to go hay wire. and in the haze i misread my departure time and arrived at the airport an hour late for my flight.  so my great deal was no longer so great.  but we made up for it when i got off the plane by visiting my favorite little people: Sohila, Seanna & Losiah. . .  oh and of course Carlos & Heather.

Marchen Studios provides community, space and materials for your inner artist!
We provide community by building and connecting others through this social network and by hosting events that connect artists and art lovers to others.
We provide space through our workshop that is available for you use. Just think about it, all that fun without the setup and tear down of working at your own home. You can use our studio by the hour or you can become a member!
Studio Membership includes:
+Use of the studio during open studio hours
+Personal storage box for art materials
+Discounts on workshops (discounts vary by workshop)
+Enrollment in Marchen Money rewards program
+Participation in Marchen Studios promotion events such as Gallery Nights and Artists Showcase
If you are an art educator you can also use our studio to hold private lessons, workshops and classes. Fees for workshops and classes vary by class, to hold private lessons you need to become an Educator Studio Member.
Educator Membership includes:
+All the benefits of Studio Membership
+Use of the studio for private lessons (no more then two students at a time)
Open Studio Hours: 2 pm to 9 pm Tuesdays through Saturdays
We provide materials through our store. We have an eclectic mix of vintage items, and basic art materials such as acrylic paints, canvases, ribbons and conte’ crayons. We also sell handmade items from the studio ranging from journals to home decor.
