work and trying to get this fibromyalsia under-control has kepted me very busy.

yesterday i decided to read up on the meds i’ve been taking now for 3 weeks.  yeah, weight gain and hair lose are among the many side effects.

why do they insist on putting me on meds that make me fat.

i’m trying to lose weight and get healthy, not gain weight and feel heavy.  my clothes are getting smaller and smaller on me.  its suppose to be me getting smaller.

pray for me.

this weekend my dad and i tackled the one and only bathroom in the house.  the house is over 50 years old so we came across a  few snags.

we are 4 days into it and are almost have way there.  hopefully we will have a working toilet by tonight and a newly refinished bathroom by this weekend.

love you dad.

seeking motivation

i’m on a new med that should help with the pain and lack of sleep.  its day 3 and i still feel a bit out of it but overall not to bad.  not to bad= a level of pain that is bearable.  i have always had a fairly high pain tolerance, but what i have experienced just in the past several months is wearing me down fast.

i want to get to the gym tonight.  i need some motivation. i got new nikes’.  thanks matt.  might be enough to get me there tonight.

i want to start doing a few different activities.  like bike riding, walking trails & yoga.  any help and support you can give me will be much appreciated.

anything but routine

no one will say for sure… but fibromyalsia is what the doctor is treating me for.

which means practically for me that i need regular exercise, a good diet and good sleep.

i need help to find the motivation and drive to keep up with this routine.  anyone who knows me knows my life is anything but routine.

prayers and encouragement wanted.
